Robert and his staff are amazing, supportive and are very professional at what they do, with a high degree of empathy.
We required Roberts services whilst in Japan, my daughter passed away while on holiday in Japan recently, Robert and his team stream lined the process for us along side working with the Australian embassy and our travel insurance.
