Enormous Gratitude

My friend’s husband passed unexpectedly in Japan recently. As a same sex couple in Japan there were sensitivities to manage. Robert came to our aid and made everything easy right from the initial contact. There was nothing we could not discuss with him and this was essential as our loved one was cremated in a Buddhist ceremony in Japan. Robert and his staff cared for us as if we were family and have our enormous gratitude.
